From Boston International Airport:
Follow signs for Sumner Tunnel/Route 93 North. Proceed through the tunnel, stay in the left lane and bear right onto Route 93 North. Stay in the right lane and follow signs for Cambridge/Somerville and Storrow Drive. Exit right and stay to the far left following signs for Cambridge/Museum of Science. Take a right at the second light onto Route 28 North. Turn left (Edwin Land Boulevard) at the second traffic light.
